“We," "us," and "GAA,” refer to the Global Automobile Association, LLC a state of Texas limited liability company. “You” or “Driver” or “license holder” or “holder” we’re referring to the person(s) that are applying for, and purchasing a translation document of their government issued driver license.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

If there are any changes to our Privacy Policy, they will be posted on our website. Any changes will be effective as of the date we post them on our website. However, if we ever changed our privacy policy to in a way which increase our abilities to use or disclose personal information for marketing purposes, you will be able to opt out (following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email). If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via email or telephone.

Information We Collect - Use and Sharing.

When you engage us for our translation service, you will be providing us with information that we collect. This information will include your name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card information, and many other details like date of birth, country of birth, gender, and other demographic information. By giving us this information, you consent to your Information being collected, used, disclosed, and stored by us, only for billing purposes and to fill your orders – as described in ‘Disclosure and Usage of Your Personal Information.’

Your information is stored on a secure server. We will never sell or share your personal information with any other party, unless it’s required by law. Only authorized employees have access to view your personal information

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you give us voluntarily, via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to take payment and to ship an order.

Disclosure and Usage of Your Personal Information

In the course of providing our service (when you make a purchase from us), we will request information from you on our order form, and in due course collect your personal information. We may use and disclose your Personal Information only as follows:

  1. To promote use of our services. For example, if you use our service, and we think it will benefit you to use our other service we offer, we may send you an email telling you about it.

  3. To Contact you to retrieve missing information. This includes sending you emails, and/or calling you in regards to missing essential information, asking for clarification on unclear documents, incorrect billing shipping information, etc.
  4. To send you updates of your order. For example, order status, processing delays, shipping delays, tracking numbers, etc.
  5. To Collect Payments. We use third parties for processing secure credit card transactions, and we send billing information to those third parties to process your orders and credit card payments.   6. To enforce compliance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable law. This may include reporting to the local authorities’ fraudulent and illegal activities such as falsifying or forging documents.
  7. To protect the rights and safety of GAA and third parties we conduct business with.
  8. To meet any legal requirements like complying with court orders and valid subpoenas.
  9. To transfer your information in the case when an acquisition, consolidation, merger or sale take place. If this is the case, you will be notified by this event by a posting on our website or sending you an email.

Security and Safeguarding Your Information

Protecting your information is our #1 priority and we take extra precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and offline. Sensitive information we collect (i.e. credit card data), is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.

Our credit card processing vendor uses industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. Your confidential information is encrypted in transit with the highest level encryption key length commercially available (128-bits). This can be verified by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

Security Breaches

No business is immune to hackers. If we face a situation where hackers invade and access our data, then GAA will notify you as quickly as possible and inform you of all the action we took.

Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • In case of any print mistake or information changes after documents are delivered will be free of charge within a week of receiving the documents and shipping costs will be charged on the customer

    You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. At any time, you can contact us via the email address or phone number on our website if you have any questions of comments or if you want to:
